Maturity and wisdom, self-development, experiences consciously, Profound behavioral changes, Self-Esteem, Self-Worth, Self-Love, Self-Truth.
There is much confusion in the world.
Clarity starts within ourselves first - here is how.
For our continued self-development,
it is important to be aware of the different meanings of the terms below to realize where we have to improve our perceptions,
knowledge, and skills, and what we have to work on and keep learning to close the gaps.
Maturity and wisdom come from experience and processing these experiences consciously.
Profound behavioral changes often require us to work with professionals to become aware of subconscious patterns and blueprints that run our life.
It takes hard work, grit, willpower, and dedication to really change and see it through to completion,
yet it is highly rewarding to reach peace and a state of calmness within ourselves.
Everything we need to know is within ourselves. Know yourself, know the world.
A lifelong journey and in many philosophies, its purpose.
Self-Worth:
I deeply feel good enough and worthy of love and belonging to others.Worth is given by the fact of BEING BORN as a human being, we are born worthy.
Self-Esteem:
I have had successes and achievements, I have PROVEN myself and own it fully.Self-Awareness:
I KNOW myself, my background, my flaws, strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, and challenges.Self-Truth:
I am REAL with myself, genuine, and honest and in acknowledging and honoring my thoughts, emotions, words, value system.Self-Care:
I set and enforce healthy BOUNDARIES towards myself and others to PROTECT my well-being and I work towards improving it.Self-Love:
I take consistently CARE of my own well-being and do not carelessly compromise nor sacrifice it to please other people or circumstances. I am kind to myself.Love your neighbor as yourself means this: we can only give to others what we have experienced ourselves.
Self-Confidence:
I TRUST my own capabilities and decisions. I have the Self-Belief to make the right decisions, I trust my own judgment and abilities.Self-Responsibility:
I take full responsibility for aspects of my life that are WITHIN MY CONTROL. I change where changes are necessary and needed and see them through to completion.Self-Accountability:
I ACCEPT responsibility for my words, actions, and behaviors, as well as the ensuing consequences. I ALIGN my actions, words, and behaviors with my values.Self-Reflection:
I reflect on situations and my own thoughts, patterns, and behavior - to develop AWARENESS and improve myself further.Self-Actualization:
I realize and FULFILL my talents and potential, my purpose, to the best of my abilities. It means creating a legacy, giving back, being a part of the whole, and taking care of myself physically, intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, in business, and financially.
It is very empowering to work towards coming to a place of inner peace which is when body, mind, and actions are aligned,
when I mind and I am responsible for my own business, when I trust and I am able to take care of myself as an adult and those entrusted in my care.
I hope these points provide clarity where to start when we want to change the world, making the promise: I stop destroying myself.
